Monthly billing: Pro subscriptions are $9/month, billed immediately
No refunds: All payments are final once service is used

Fair use: "Unlimited" testing within reasonable limits. To prevent spam accounts and sharing of usernames and passwords we limit to 200 email tests per hour. If you need more please contact [email protected]

Billing & Payments

Monthly Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.00 USD. Billing begins immediately upon subscription.

No Refunds Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. Used service (sent emails) cannot be refunded. This is standard practice for digital SaaS services.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime through our Support page. Cancellation prevents future charges but doesn't provide refunds for the current billing period.

Fair Use Policy

The Pro plan offers "unlimited" testing within reasonable limits:

Service is intended for legitimate HTML email testing and development
Excessive usage (1000+ emails per day) may be flagged for review
Commercial email blasting or spam is strictly prohibited
Account sharing or reselling access is not permitted

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service only for HTML email testing and development
Not send spam, phishing, malicious, or illegal content
Provide a valid email address for account verification
Not share or resell your account access

Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. Brief service interruptions don't qualify for refunds or compensation.

Data & Privacy

We don't permanently store your HTML email content
Test email addresses are not saved long-term
We may use standard web analytics (Google Analytics)
We comply with applicable privacy laws

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service for illegal purposes. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be announced via email.
